Subject: CSI Mandatory spayneuter passes Public Safety, on to City Council on Friday
If this passes, I'm going to make a bunch of tshirts, stickers and posters that say "Snip it or ticket" to get the message out there. Breeders may show up to oppose this ordinance in City Council.
